Accessing, downloading, and/or using all or any portion of ResumGO.com implies that you have read and accept to be bound by these Terms without exception.
ResumGO.com is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
RESUMGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES*. IN CASE YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OR HAVE ANY OBJECTION TO ANY PART OF THE PRESENT TERMS YOU MUST NOT USE THE WEBSITE (AND SUBSEQUENTLY, DOWNLOAD, AND USE THE TEMPLATES).
You can download and modify the templates offered by RESUMGO for your own personal use to create a resume for yourself, or for someone else.
You may not distribute or resell the templates, or their derivatives, and you may not make them available on other websites.
PRODUCTS OFFERED BY RESUMGO
RESUMGO’s range of products include templates for resumes or cover letters in .DOCX, .PPTX, or .KEY formats.
Below these templates for resumes and the contents will also be described as “products”.
The templates for resumes are provided only via direct download or direct link (for Google Docs)
RESUMGO permits you to download and use the templates for resumes, only in accordance with the terms below.
IT IS ILLEGAL AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO DISTRIBUTE, PUBLISH, OFFER FOR SALE, LICENSE, OR SUBLICENSE, GIVE OR DISCLOSE TO ANY OTHER PARTY, THE CONTENT IN HARD COPY, DIGITAL FORM, OR ANY OTHER MEDIUM WHETHER EXISTING OR NOT YET EXISTING, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BELOW.
1. Limited license
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for resumes for the ALLOWED USAGE (2). You are not allowed to use the templates for resumes except for that which is specifically listed in section ALLOWED USAGE.
2. ALLOWED usage
Subject to the restrictions and limitations described under NOT ALLOWED USAGE (3), the following are “allowed usages” of the resume templates:
a. Create derivative works or modifications to fit your own needs, provided that such works are not intended to be re-sold or published publicly for free distribution, in an editable format.
b. Copy, access, download and display the resume templates for non-commercial, personal, entertainment use on a single computer only.
c. Any other use of the templates for resumes is strictly prohibited and requires the prior written consent of RESUMGO.
Personal use is defined as using the resume template(s) downloaded in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. Personal use templates cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind.
Some examples of allowed usage:
- Download, edit and customize the templates for your own personal needs
- Send an edited and customized copy of the templates to a recruiter
2. NOT ALLOWED usage
a. Sell, distribute, sub-license, transfer, or assign the templates or rights to the templates.
b. Sell, distribute, sub-license, and transfer access to the templates.
c. Use, display, incorporate or bundle the templates on any product that results in a re-distribution or re-use of the templates to induce or involving sale, license, or other distribution of digital products.
d. Use the templates in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal, either by making physical changes to it, in the juxtaposition to accompanying text or images, or otherwise.
e. Hotlinking (i.e., make a direct link to) any content hosted on ResumGO.com. That includes download files and images.
Some examples of prohibited usage:
- To make the templates available on a website, portal or social network website for download (incl. groups, file sharing networks, Slideshare, etc.) whether free or for a charge, and online or offline.
- To use any resources from ResumGO.com to create a template to be sold or shared on marketplaces (like GraphicRiver, Creative Market, Etsy…).
